Unless under temporary outbreak restrictions, visits may occur:
- In dedicated indoor visitation spaces
- In private resident rooms.
Visits must be scheduled in advance. Please see information below on how to schedule a visit.
Full vaccination for visitors is always preferred when possible but is not required. Visitors, regardless of their vaccination status, must wear face coverings and physically distance from staff and other residents. Hand hygiene should be performed by the visitors before and after contact.
All visitors will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 prior to entry. This includes temperature check and denial of entry of those with signs or symptoms or those who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 infection in the prior 14 days (regardless of the visitor’s vaccination status).
If a visitor develops symptoms within three days after visiting or test positive for COVID-19, they must immediately notify Clark-Lindsey.
When the resident and all of their visitors are fully vaccinated:
While alone in the resident’s room or in the designated visitation area, the resident and their visitor(s) can choose to have close contact (including touch) and NOT wear a face covering. Visitors should wear face coverings and physically distance from staff and other residents and visitors that are not part of their group at all other times while in the building.
When either the resident or any of their visitors are NOT fully vaccinated:
The safest approach is for everyone to maintain physical distancing and to wear a face covering. However, if the resident is fully vaccinated, they can choose to have close contact (including touch) with their unvaccinated visitor(s) while both continue to wear well-fitting face coverings. Visitors should wear face coverings and physically distance from staff and other residents and visitors that are not part of their group at all other times while in the building.
