COVID-19 Precautions

Meadowbrook Health Center is currently in quarantine. There are no indoor or outdoor visits at this time. We continue to follow guidance from the Illinois Department of Public Health and the CDC as we respond to any positive cases.  Meadowbrook residents and all staff are being tested twice a week.

Green House Home Indoor Visits
Please call the Green House Home to schedule your visit.  All visits need to be scheduled in advance.  Phone number for East Green House Home 217.239.5215.  Phone number for West Green House Home 217.239.5217.

Meadowbrook Indoor Visits
Please call Meadowbrook Health Center to schedule your visit.  All visits need to be scheduled in advance.  Phone number for Meadowbrook 217.239.6343.

Compassionate Care Visits
If you would like to arrange a Compassionate Care Visit, please call 217.344.2144 and ask to speak to the Director of Nursing.  Compassionate care situations allow for visits regardless of visitation restrictions that may be in place.

Other Precautions
In addition to visitor safety protocols, Clark-Lindsey is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 by:

  • High frequency of cleaning and disinfection, including the use of UVC,
  • Requiring face covering or mask and use of protective personal equipment as recommended by public health guidelines,
  • Universal screening of visitors and staff,
  • Regular testing of staff and residents.
     

Communication
As always, please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions.  There is a nursing manager on call 24 hours per day/7 days per week.  You can also call the Green House Homes or the nursing units directly. We will contact you if your loved one is suspected or diagnosed with COVID-19.  Updates will be provided weekly, or each subsequent time a confirmed infection of COVID-19 is identified and/or whenever three or more residents or staff members with new onset of respiratory symptoms occurs within 72 hours.
